The Xcellerator Single Post Starting Block features a track start adjustable footrest and hand grips which give swimmers an extra boost on starts by allowing the knee to sit at a 90° angle. The superior grip finish on the platform top reduces slip while the H-style backstroke bar gives backstroke swimmers numerous grip options.
